鳶尾（Iris tectorum）為鳶尾科鳶尾屬多年生草本植物。現(xiàn)代研究表明，鳶尾植物中含有豐富的異黃酮，包含鳶尾苷（tectoridin）、鳶尾苷元（tectorigenin）、鳶尾新苷（iristectorin B）、鳶尾甲黃素A（iristectorigenin A）、鳶尾甲黃素B（iristectorigenin B）、尼泊爾鳶尾異黃酮（irisolidone）、德鳶尾素（irilone）和7-O-甲基鷹嘴豆芽素A（7-O-methylbiochanin A）等成分，具有抗炎、抗病毒、抑菌和止咳等多種藥理作用。鳶尾甲黃素A和鳶尾甲黃素B為同分異構(gòu)體，二者結(jié)構(gòu)區(qū)別僅在于母核骨架異黃酮B環(huán)的羥基和甲氧基取代位置差異（互換）。西力生物結(jié)構(gòu)鑒定組在鑒定這兩個(gè)化合物時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)，文獻(xiàn)中這兩個(gè)化合物結(jié)構(gòu)與名稱(chēng)的對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系非常混亂，且存在張冠李戴現(xiàn)象。代表性文獻(xiàn)（圖1–2）及其SciFinder數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)收錄（圖3）如下：

從上述截圖中可以看到，文獻(xiàn)之間、文獻(xiàn)與SciFinder收載存在矛盾。到底誰(shuí)是鳶尾甲黃素A（iristectorigenin A）？誰(shuí)是鳶尾甲黃素B（iristectorigenin B）呢？是選擇跟SciFinder數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)收錄保持一致還是花時(shí)間和精力去追蹤源頭文獻(xiàn)，解決這個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)和名稱(chēng)用法混亂問(wèn)題？我們選擇了后者。經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)多篇文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行追蹤調(diào)查，發(fā)現(xiàn)iristectorigenin A首次收載于"Studies on Medicinal Resources. XXXII. The Components of Rhizome of Iris tectorum MAXIMOWICZ (Iridaceae)"為題的文獻(xiàn)中，如下圖4所示：

        iristectorigenin B首次收載于"Studies on Medicinal Resources. XXXIII. The Components of Rhizome of Iris tectorum MAXIMOWICZ (Iridaceae). (2)"為題的文獻(xiàn)中，如下圖5所示：

至此，追蹤源頭文獻(xiàn)，鳶尾甲黃素A（iristectorigenin A）和鳶尾甲黃素B（iristectorigenin B）對(duì)應(yīng)的結(jié)構(gòu)與名稱(chēng)關(guān)系一目了然，如下圖6所示：

SciFinder數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)收錄的這兩個(gè)化合物結(jié)構(gòu)和名稱(chēng)與源頭文獻(xiàn)是不吻合的，即收錄有誤！！！

此外，SciFinder數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)收錄的由鳶尾甲黃素B在C-7位與β-D葡萄糖結(jié)合形成的鳶尾新苷B（iristectorin B）別名名稱(chēng)也需要糾正，如圖7所示。[注：SciFinder數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)沒(méi)有收錄由鳶尾甲黃素A在C-7位與葡萄糖結(jié)合形成的鳶尾新苷A（iristectorin A）的別名。]

另外，鑒于這兩個(gè)化合物在文獻(xiàn)中的混亂現(xiàn)象，西力生物結(jié)構(gòu)鑒定組利用HMBC和ROESY圖譜將兩個(gè)化合物的氫碳核磁數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了全歸屬，測(cè)試溶劑：DMSO-d6，如圖8所示：

同時(shí)，鑒于這兩個(gè)化合物在文獻(xiàn)中的混亂現(xiàn)象，西力生物質(zhì)量分析部將兩個(gè)化合物的HPLC（如圖9）進(jìn)行比較，方便同行直觀比對(duì)兩者之間的差異。色譜條件：安捷倫Extend-C18色譜柱（5μm, 4.6 mm ×150 mm）；流動(dòng)相為甲醇（A）-0.1%磷酸水溶液（B）；兩相梯度洗脫，洗脫程序如下：
